1) Click the "Register"" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Enter your details on the Express Registration page then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

3) Please check the box if you want to receive Newsletters from us

Click the "Login " link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click on the link.

Enter your email address that you used when registering and click Submit.

That link will send an email to you with a new password.

You can change your password in "Your Account" after you log in from the "Change Password" link.

Click the "View Basket" link at the top right hand side of our site to view items you have added to the Shopping Basket. Then amend the number in the box under the "qty" heading and click on Update Basket to change the quantities. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

To remove an item from your Basket click on the little "X" on the left of the item in "View Basket"

 To cancel all of the order click on "Empty Basket" on the far left of the page, under "Useful Links".

Important: You must add any Special Offer to your Shopping Basket to receive the discount for any current special offers

When you are going through the Checkout process, on the page where you select your Payment Method there is a Comments box below where you can add any notes for our attention. 

You will be notified if any items are out of stock and if possible your item will be placed on Back Order.

Please check individual product pages beforehand to ensure the item is in stock to prevent disappointment. 

FREE Shipping within the UK is automatically added prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. All items are sent via Royal Mail.

When will my order be shipped?

We will despatch your order shortly after we receive cleared payment from you, usually within 48 hours.

You will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been received and another when it has been despatched.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
